Consulting is a perfect way for you get some help regarding the details of your wedding. During this time you get to sit down with a coordinator and ask any questions you might have. Depending on your needs, there are many things we could take care of during this meeting. We could make a time line for your event, decide on decor details, recommend vendors and venues to book. We will make sure you are on track considering the time you have before the big day. These meetings normally take place in the early stages of planning but no matter the time you have it is always a good idea to get the extra help before the biggest day of your life. Consults included in Day of, Month of and Full-Service Coordination. $75 per hour
DAY OF COORDINATION
This option is for a bride who wants full control of the planning process but still would love some help the day of her wedding. The day of coordinator takes care of everything the day of the wedding. We make sure you get down the isle in a timely manner. We set out all of your center pieces, name cards, card boxes and all. All the little decor ideas you have will be made to life by your day of coordinator. This option does include an hour consult meeting two weeks before your wedding to go over the things you need set out and put away at the end of the event. I will make sure your event stays on track with your timeline and you can look to me to be there for you the whole evening. I will contact your vendors to provide a formal introduction. I will also need a copy of all contracts for vendors in order to make sure they are doing what was agreed upon on the event day. I will act as the liaison between the bride and groom to the vendors so all communication runs smoothly which releases the bride and groom from unnessicary stress. My main goal is to make sure that your event is exactly how you envisioned it. The Day of Coordination package pricing depends on location, guest count and time of wedding. MONTH OF COORDINATION
Month of coordination is our most popular option, this is a middle ground between full service coordinating and day of. If you need a little bit more help then just the rehearsal and day of coordinating, but want to be fully in charge of booking your vendors and creating your own style and design of your wedding, then this is a perfect package for you! For this package, we come in about 6 weeks before your wedding and handle all vendor communication and deal with all the details which allows you to enjoy the weeks following up to your big day. You will have family coming in, friends to see and spend time with and don't need to be taking calls or answering emails from all your vendors about the final touches and tedious aspects of your wedding day. We will be your main source of contact for everything so you have only one person to go to verses 8 different vendors. This package includes everything the day of coordinating package does but adds an extra part that is so important to the entire feel you have weeks before your wedding. We begin with Personal Consultations and locating your Venue Location or assist with Destination Management taking charge of all behind the scenes adventures that happen before and during while you’re enjoying your eventful day. Which includes Scouting, Scheduling, Contact negotiations with review, Budget Breakdown, general management.
Followed by taking your dream, helping concept and visual design to enhance your ceremony and reception with harmonic design and aesthetic pleasure.
Décor, wedding stationery, fabric treatment, design and production are also included in this package.
Guest list management, venue direction and overall flow of wedding is absolute top priority to ensure a flawless wedding.
Communication with vendors throughout the night, to ensure all aspics of the wedding go as flawless as possible with out dropping a beat. By being linked in with every vendor, we can assure there will not be any faults in the communication stage. We would be working in conjunction with all media services which includes but is not limited to; DJ, Photography and Videography.
